    1. How Do I place an Order with you?

Orders via website will soon be live and you can have the ease of placing your orders digitally. Of course, existing channels of email and call will always be available for you to place an order.

    2. Do you have a min order quantity?
      As we are a whole seller, our goods are generally sold in master cartons of each item. 

    3. What forms of payments do you accept? 
      We accept company checks, ACH transfers or credit card payments. We accept only USD as the currency for payments.

    4. What is your damaged item policy?
      All items shipped from our warehouse locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well.  If you receive an item from us that is not in the above mentioned condition, you must contact us within 3 bussiness days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided within a timely manner.

    5. Are Your Product Prices Retail Or Wholesale?
      We are strictly whole sale B2B business. We only sell to businesses, don't sell to retail customers.

    6. Do you supply outside USA?
      Currently we supply only to businesses in USA.

    7. What are the categories of goods that you supply?

      We commit to ship within 2 days of receiving your order. Our orders are typically delivered in 3 to 5 business days of dispatching the order.
