4. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.

Wholesale and distributor pricing is confidential and intended for the recipient business only.

5. Payment

Payment is required at checkout unless prior credit terms have been established in writing. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All transactions are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility, restocking fees, and refund timelines are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not (a) misrepresent your identity or business; (b) resell our products in a manner that misleads consumers about the source, age, or quality of the goods; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the site; or (d) use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Intellectual Property

The site and all related content — text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software — are owned by or licensed to American Lifestyle Goods and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use any of it commercially without our written permission.
